End of the year splash: The political adventure and social welfare of Rt. Hon. Saleh Yipmong during the festive periods (December 2019)

It was a phase of yet another political adventure for the Deputy speaker, Plateau State House of Assembly, RT. Honourable Saleh Yipmong, member representing Dengi state constituency. Ending the year with monumental events and occasions that usually accompanies. It all started with the grand reception of Engr Silas Buba, the FERMA's Executive Director by his community, Gar. Another notable event was the famous Kunkyam day where the Deputy speaker in his speech assured them of his commitment and promised to roof their latest project, the standard 10 self contain corpers' lodge costing hundred of thousands Naira. Work have since commenced and almost completed as at the hour of report.
Making his way to Shiwer community for their annual festival, the Rt. Hon. DSP made a stop at Bankilong to grace Daski community day, he then donated the sum of #100,000 before jetting to Kanke for the Shiwer festival (Putkat) where Engr Gofwen, the NDA president welcomed him with marmonth crowd and traditional dancers in his residence....
The following day, the 27th of December, Rt. Hon. Yipmong attended the Juma'at prayer, after then, he attended up to six weddings within Dengi town, he donated a huge sum of money in all the weddings attended. On his way home, he made a stop over to inspect one of his ongoing project of primary school renovation in Kunkyam to ascertain the level of work done and all results showed that it was almost at completion on or before January ending of 2020.
Ob Saturday the 28th of December which we describe it as the Mother of all events, Rt. Hon. Deputy Speaker attended the Izala fund raising for education where he donated the Sum of #200,000 on behalf of his family and constituency before proceeding to attend over 10 weddings within Dengi town, among those wedded is his loyal constituent, Abdulkadir Dan Pankshin, Sadiq Atiku, then he attended another wedding in Lamba community, Wase LGA at the residence of former Commissioner before storming the Local Government secretariat on an unannounced visit to the Council chairman. It was a triumphant entry as welcomed by the Chairman.
Events after event trailed as rh the train moves to Namaran Ward for the annual Namaran day, The deputy speaker was given a warm welcome by Prof Yibaikwal and Abubakar Dashe, while speaking, he charged the people to give anything they have as no amount is too small so as to raised the needed funds, the Deputy Speaker then donated the sum of #150,000. From there, he proceed to two different weddings, one in Bankilong while the other in Langtang North where he admonished the newly wedded couples to love each other and donated another huge sum of money in all of the events.
Making his way back to Kanam from Langtang, he also made a stop at Gar to attend the Coronation of Pankwal Khanim, he donated the sum of #50,000. It wad already dark but he still proceeded to attend another Coronation of Pankwal Bu'wur were he donated another #50,000.
From Thursday till date, all programs and functions were attended alongside his elder Brother and colleague, Hon. Ismail Bala Noma, member representing Kantana state constituency. Hon Bala Noma invited the Deputy Speaker for a program in Kantana, the train jetted to the venue at around 8pm. The entourage were welcome by Madakin Kantana alongside other traditional rulers and the entire people. They express their delight to have the Deputy Speaker who's the Number 4th citizen of the state among them and promised to give them the necessary supports to succeed. At around 11pm, after everyone was exhausted, the entourage return back home to rest.
The following day, being Sunday, the 29th December 2019, Rt Hon Yipmong host series of meetings. From morning till night, some of those were the party EXCO at different level, elders, youth groups, Unions and traditional rulers. Theydiscussed issues of eminent importance to the party, the community and possible solutions.
December 31st was all about Hon. Wallok Goma, member, representing Kanke state constituency as he organised his Thanks giving prayer and ceremony, those present were the Plateau State Deputy Governor, Speaker, and other honourable members at the state assembly. They congratulated Hon. Wallok and wished him well in life.
Finally today, the 31st of December, the Rt. Hon. DSP storm shendam for its annual Goemai day, the event was well occasioned. He then move to kanam where he attend the graduation and birthday of honourable Dayyabu Garga where he charged the graduating students to be good ambassador in the society the lastly, he went to Bagyar to sympathies with his in-laws over the demise of their Paramount ruler, Pankwal Bagyar. He pray for God to repose his soul. Together with him are hon. Bala Noma, Engr Silas Buba, hon. Gyambari and the host of others.
The adventure of Rt. Hon. Deputy speaker wouldn't have been fun without the funny comments of Hon. Bala Noma, effort of his aides, other elders in his entourage, youths as well as traditional rulers. It's estimated that Rt hon. Yipmong spent about #6,000,000 (Six million) naira on donations to constituents in various occasions during series of events thet greeted the end of 2019.
