Senator Daduut  made this this known while delivering a paper titled  Challenges to Gender Inequality and Women Rights at a one day symposium at the  Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, National Veterinary And Research Institute Vom Plateau state .  In her words  "the woman engages in acquisition of skills, farm work and small businesses to beef her income."  Jos South team seizes goods from defaulting  traders along Bukuru  market - Building materials road sides  May 28,2021 The Decongestion team of Jos south LGA on Friday  commenced enforcement of defaulting traders and hawkers along Bukuru Market Road sides and building materials road . Our correspondent reports that  goods were seized by the team and defaulters were asked to meet the mobile court to reclaim their goods after been fined. The team had a hectic day as  alot of defaulters almost resisted the moves  which almost led to little choas in the market until the arrival of the security agents whom brought sanity to the market space.  Gov Lalong receives members of the  Senate Constitution review  May 26,2021 By Golok Nanmwa ,Jos  Members of the Senate Committee on Constitution Review for the North Central Zone holding in Jos Plateau State, on Wednesday  visited Governor Simon  Lalong  of Plateau state at the Government House Little Rayfield Jos ahead of the Public hearing.  They were led by the Chairman of the Committee Senator Abdullahi Adamu who intimated the Governor that they were in the State to conduct the hearing in order to get the input of the people of the zone towards the review of the 1999 Constitution.  Gov Lalong mourns NASCO founder Ahmed Idris Nasreddin  May 22,2021 By Golok Nanmwa ,Jos  Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state  has expressed the deep condolences of the people and Government of Plateau State to the NASCO family over the passing of the founder of the Nasco Group of Companies, Ahmed Idris Nasreddin who died at the age of 96. Governor Lalong in a message of commiseration signed by Simon Macham , his director of press and public affairs described the passing of the patriarch of the NASCO family as a great loss not only to the family, but to people of Plateau State and Nigeria as a whole.  Northern Governors shocked over death of Chief of Army staff  May 21,2021 By Golok Nanmwa,Jos  Northern Governors Forum has expressed deep shock over the air crash involving an airforce plane that killed the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, his aides and crew members in Kaduna.  Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Plateau State Simon Bako Lalong in a statement said the Forum is distressed over the sad incident which claimed the lives of the Army Chief and other officers and men of the Nigerian armed forces who were on an official assignment in the cause of advancing the security and peace of the country.  The statement was signed by Simon Macham ,his director of press and public affairs and made available to newsmen in Jos .
